I don’t understand how 3 kids and 2 adults is considered a large party there was 5 other seats open for other people it’s not my fault no one walked in…. So u charge me 19$ because me and my family wanted a good dinner… 5 people is not considered a “large party” I asked about it also she said there was I sign on the door and made it seem like the sign was big I didn’t see one sign that said anything about 5 people is considered a large party.

Have been customers here for approximately 5 years or so, but after this weekends dinner or lack there of, we will not be back. Called ahead to inquire on seating, they only seat and serve a table of 10 to 12 at a time. Lady on the phone was rude and abrupt and unwilling to answer questions. Went in for dinner against better judgement and got seated within a half hour. Waiter came around after 10 minutes or so and took drink orders. Drinks were never refilled. Waiter came back to take soup and salad orders, seemed disinterested. Took food orders from table, I was ordering a split plate with extra protein and extra sprouts, so went over the order a couple times. We got a split plate no extra protein and also order 2 sushi rolls. We did not get the rolls until the chef was halfway through cooking service. Another couple at our table seemed to have issues ordering and confirming orders. This was then proved when the chef didn't have half of what they ordered, causing him to run away from the grill with food on it to get items from the kitchen. This seemed to fluster the chef and it showed in the his presentation, food quantity, and shaking hands. There was half an egg worth

Very clean and organized inside. Tables can handle a party of about 12 people. The staff was extremely friendly and prompt, there was not much of a delay in service the entire experience. The food was very tasty and seasoned perfectly. Highly recommend if you have a party or just a couple of people. Its access to the highway makes it a quick trip if passing through.

I’ve been here a couple of times and what a blast it always is! The chefs are amazing, hilarious, interactive, friendly—everything you want out of a hibachi show. The servings are plentiful, made correctly order, quickly and deliciously. The drinks are unique, fun and get the job of what an alcoholic drink should do done. Service is always prompt and kind, the restaurant is clean and engaging. Quickly becoming a regular place when I want a fun night out to eat. Thanks Kyoto, for the good times!
